At Healthy Changes Hypnosis, our mission is to promote wellness for the whole family, through the use of hypnosis, and to address issues that may prevent people from living successful and fulfilling lives.

Suzanne is a Certified Pediatric Hypnotist and an Advanced Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist trained at the PATH Foundation of Spring, Texas and Birmingham, Alabama. She is also an RN registered with the state of Texas. She has Bachelors degrees in Biology and Nursing as well as a Masters Degree in Psychology. Suzanne has been a non-smoker for 29 years through a hypnosis program sponsored by the American Lung Association and because of her personal success with hypnosis, remains committed to helping others stop smoking.
Through her hypnosis training, she is also certified to assist clients with many other health and personal issues such as weight control, stress reduction, pain management, self-confidence and super learning. She believes hypnosis is an easy, effective and safe process that can be used by most individuals to improve their health and well-being and to achieve the best life possible.
Suzanne is also certified in Pain Management Hypnosis, HypnoFertility, Complementary Medical Hypnosis and Stage Hypnosis. She is especially interested in helping children and adults with their surgical experience, using hypnosis to facilitate more positive outcomes and better patient satisfaction.
Suzanne is uniquely qualified to present classes and workshops to the employees of companies and healthcare organizations in the areas of Quit Smoking, Weight Management, Stress Reduction and Anger Management.
